1. Who we are
This website is operated by DialVanta AI LTD, company number 17382646, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 45 Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, London, United Kingdom, W1T 6EB.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at contact@dialvanta.ai. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
2. What this website collects
This website is informational. It contains no contact form, no newsletter signup and no account area, so we do not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers through the site itself.
Two things do involve personal data:
- Hosting and technical request information. Our website is hosted by Netlify. As part of providing and securing the hosting service, Netlify may process technical information relating to website requests, including IP addresses and browser or device information. We do not separately maintain our own visitor server logs. Netlify processes and retains this information in accordance with its own data-processing and retention arrangements.
- Bookings. The “Book a Call” buttons take you to our scheduling page hosted by Cal.com. Information you enter on that booking page, such as your name, email address and appointment details, is processed through Cal.com and made available to us so that we can manage and attend the booking.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, which is why you will not see a cookie banner.
All fonts, styles and scripts used by this website are served from the website itself, so simply viewing a page does not send your details to any third-party content network. If we later add analytics, we will update this policy first and, where consent is required, ask for it before any non-essential technology is used.
4. Why we process it, and our lawful basis
Technical request information processed by our host is handled on the basis of our legitimate interests in keeping the website available, diagnosing faults and protecting it from misuse.
Booking details are processed to arrange and attend the meeting you requested — either to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data reaches the following third parties purely to run this website and our bookings:
- Cal.com — appointment scheduling
- Netlify — website hosting and delivery
Some of these providers operate internationally, which means personal data may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers put in place under UK data protection law, as described in their own privacy and data-processing documentation. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it or retain it where the law requires.
Booking and prospective-customer information may be retained for up to 12 months after the meeting or the last meaningful contact, unless the individual becomes a client.
Where someone becomes a client, contractual, financial, accounting and legal records may be retained for up to 6 years where that is necessary for tax, accounting or legal obligations. This does not mean every piece of personal information is kept for six years — only the records that genuinely need to be retained.
Technical request information handled by Netlify as part of hosting the site is retained in line with Netlify's own arrangements rather than a period set by us.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive certain data in a portable form. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you can object at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@dialvanta.ai. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data — for example by adding analytics or a contact form — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the new processing begins.
